Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in South Africa only.

When your order ships

We send your order out the day after you place it.

Pre-orders are the exception: they ship as soon as our stock arrives. Every pre-order says so in its product name and description.

What shipping costs

• Free shipping on orders of R999.99 or more, excluding TCG items.
• Standard shipping is R99.99 on everything else.
• TCG items (Pokémon TCG and Goddess Story cards) always pay standard shipping, and they don't count towards the R999.99.

Pokémon TCG ships from a different location to the rest of the shop, so it is placed as its own order.
